The previous boiler on Broadfields Avenue had its flue terminal less than 300mm from an opening window, which the last service had flagged as at risk. Kevin fitted an Ideal Logic+ C30 in the same spot but used a flue offset kit with two 45 degree bends to bring the terminal out further along the wall, clear of the window and the boundary. Each joint was clipped and the run falls back to the boiler so condensate drains correctly. A flue gas analysis at the terminal showed clean combustion. He filled and rendered over the old opening outside, then set the maximum heating output to suit the radiators.
