Kevin fitted an Ideal Logic Max combi and ran the condensate underground in 32mm to a small soakaway he dug in the side return, filled with limestone chippings, which keeps it below frost level. Inside, he fitted a filter and a smart thermostat and replaced two leaking radiator valves in the front room. Gas pressure was checked with all appliances running and was within range.
