F27

Vaillant F27 error code

We offer Vaillant F27 repair to resolve this common fault code which occurs when the sensor becomes aware of an incorrect flame. It may require Vaillant PCB repair if the flame is working but the PCB is not. Alternatively, a faulty gas valve could be the cause, or the flame sensor may need replacing. At Homecure we always look for the most economical solution and a part replacement will usually fix this issue (when not related to PCB). If it is PCB-related, a new boiler may be more cost-effective, although this is always the last alternative we suggest.

F75

Vaillant F75 error code

Vaillant F75 repair services are often needed on the Eco Tec Pro 28 and Eco Tec Plus range. This fault relates to either a defective water pressure sensor or central heating pump – although sometimes both can be affected. After assessing whether it is the sensor or pump at fault, our engineers replace the relevant part and run relevant tests to ensure the system is working correctly once more.

F22

Vaillant F22 error code

This relates to low water pressure and is one of the most common boiler faults people experience. When this occurs, the boiler goes into limp mode and some show a red light to highlight it is unable to function correctly. The Homecure team will diagnose whether the issue is caused by a lack of water, pressure or a combination of both before taking the appropriate action. Sometimes undetected leaks can be the issue, or a faulty pump that needs to be replaced. Either way, Homecure have you covered.

How do we test a Vaillant boiler?

How long does it take to fix a Vaillant boiler? 

Vaillant repairs can usually be completed very quickly, although this depends on the scale of the issue and whether additional parts need to be ordered (typically for older models). Wherever possible our engineers will attempt to repair the boiler in a single visit, conducting a thorough assessment of the system before offering recommendations. The engineer will also arrive with a wide range of tools and spare parts to hand, reducing wait times and the need to revisit to fix the issue. 

How often are spare parts required?

On many occasions a faulty boiler is a result of low water pressure, which can be easily and quickly fixed and should not require parts to be replace. Other problems related to faulty pumps, sensors or valves may need require new parts to replace existing ones. However, we will always try to first repair existing parts before replacing to reduce costs.

Will you need to reset my Vaillant boiler?

A boiler reset is a straightforward solution we offer for issues related to low water pressure. How this is performed will differ on various Vaillant models depending on whether it has a built-in or external filling loop. In both cases, once water pressure levels have been restored to the 1.5 bar, then the boiler can be reset, which should resolve the problem.

    5 star review  If I'm honest I thought that the reviews were too good to be true but thought I'd take a chance with these guys anyway. All the sinks in my home were blocked and not draining including the washing machine. I called them up for a next day visit and they were super efficient and upfront about costs as well which I really appreciate after being ripped off by plumbers in the past. Their plumber came out today and completely cleared out all the drains in less than hour. He was pleasant and professional the whole time and gave me a fixed quote. So so glad I found this company :) would 10/10 would recommend.

    5 star review  We have been using Homecure for a while now and have always been very happy with their services.     4 star review  Very helpful, reassuring and professional Our old boiler reached the end of its life and we contacted Homecure Plumbers to have a look. It was the start of the Lockdown and we thought it would take some time but Lee pulled out all the stops to come and have a look at our boiler. They did a visual survey and asked if they can do a bit more investigation. They explained everything that is needed and helped us to decide on a new Boiler. Post that, they laid out our options and Lee got us up and running very efficiently! The engineer who came for the installation was helpful, professional and reassuring. happy to recommend them to anyone. We also used them to automate our heating!!
